Prasino Wabash

Your everyday café in downtown Chicago.
33 S Wabash Ave · Open daily 7am–7pm

Prasino Wabash is our all-day café in the heart of the Loop — a block from the Washington/Wabash L and a short walk from Millennium Park. Mornings start at seven with espresso, matcha and Greek yogurt bowls. Afternoons bring salads, grain bowls, wraps and flatbreads built from produce we source responsibly. Come in for a coffee, stay for lunch, or grab something good on your way through downtown Chicago.

Breakfast, Served All Day

Breakfast downtown shouldn't mean choosing between something fast and something good. Ours runs from open to close: the Aegean Frittata, avocado toast on seeded sourdough, egg sandwiches on croissants baked that morning, and Greek yogurt bowls layered with granola, fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey.

It's the kind of healthy breakfast Chicago mornings are actually built for — protein-forward, vegetable-forward, and out the door in minutes if that's what the day demands. Inspired by Greece's Blue Zones, where people eat simply and live a long time.

Lunch That Doesn't Slow You Down

Midday in the Loop moves fast. Our lunch menu is built for it: the Spartan Bowl with steak and quinoa, Ikarian Chicken over farro and split peas, Tuna Poke, Falafel Mezze, and five signature salads including a build-your-own. Wraps come in whole-wheat or gluten-free.

Everything is made to order, and everything travels well — whether you're eating in, taking it back to the office, or heading east toward the lakefront. If you've been hunting for healthy lunch in Chicago's Loop that isn't just another sad desk salad, this is it.

Coffee, Matcha & Everything In Between

We pour illy espresso — Americanos, cortados, lattes, cappuccinos, and Greek-style freddo espresso and freddo cappuccino, shaken cold the way they make it in Athens. There's cold brew and drip for the purists, ceremonial-grade matcha, and a refresher lineup that includes the Aloe Green Glow.

As coffee shops in downtown Chicago go, we're the one where the pastry case is worth your attention too.
