Prasino: Greek for Green

Prasino was founded on a simple belief: that great food begins with responsible sourcing, respect for our farmers, and a commitment to our planet. The name itself—Prasino, meaning “green” in Greek—reflects our core values of sustainability, growth, and renewal.

What started as a vision in La Grange, Illinois, has grown into a movement. We partner exclusively with local farmers and producers who share our values. Every ingredient in every dish tells a story—a story of care, craftsmanship, and connection to the land.

Today, we’re expanding our mission to serve more communities with elevated, farm-fresh cuisine. Our franchise model allows us to bring Prasino’s values and exceptional food quality to neighborhoods nationwide, one location at a time.
